Overview:
A deaf mute teenager working as a garbage collector happens upon a battered surfboard, which plants in him the dream of becoming a surf champion. IMO:
u must have patience to watch this... especially when the main stars didnt talk throughout the movie... and all u can do is to watch what they are doing and trying to figure out the rest... it didnt help that the colors in the movie looks old since its a 1991 film, but the main stars made the film look like early 80s!
